The areas you can visit depend on the routes and rooms open on the day.This is an admission ticket for a self-guided visit; a tour guide is not included. Allow approximately two hours for your visit, although the time you spend exploring will depend on your interests and pace, within museum opening hours.All visitors must pass mandatory security checks. Reserved admission does not bypass security screening, and waiting may be required.Please arrive at our office 30 minutes before your booked time to complete check-in and allow time to reach the museum entrance. A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

Visitors with certified disability of at least 67% are eligible for free admission to the Vatican Museums. One accompanying person also receives free admission if the visitor is not self-sufficient. Free tickets are issued directly by the Vatican Museums upon presentation of the required certification and cannot be booked online. Please contact us before purchasing this product if these conditions apply.
Collect your official admission ticket at the Gyash Tours office, Vicolo del Farinone 23, Rome. Your booking voucher is not the museum admission ticket. Use a map or navigation app to reach the office.

Pets are not permitted inside the Vatican Museums. Exceptions apply to guide dogs for blind or partially sighted visitors and animals certified for pet therapy, subject to Vatican requirements. Please contact us before booking to arrange the required advance notification.
